Park Sites
The City of Chariton has numerous parks through out the community from small pocket parks to large parks. Each park has a history in our community, which we would like to share along with what each park has to offer.
Use of Our Parks
We welcome everyone to use our parks. Please clean up after yourself. Our shelters are used on first come, first serve basis. Hours for our parks are dawn to dusk.

Future Planning for Our Parks
Currently, we are looking at a five-year plan to work on up grading our playground equipment and other amenities through out the City of Chariton. We are always looking a volunteers and community groups who want to assist in fundraising, planning, and volunteering in our parks.
