Lucas County Veterans Memorial Park

The Lucas County Veterans Memorial Park is a privately funded tribute built through donations, grants, memorial brick sales, and volunteer efforts by citizens and veterans. Centered around the Freedom Rock, the park honors all U.S. veterans through memorials, military branch tributes, historical artifacts and landmarks like the USS Enterprise and USS Iowa memorials, tributes to the Revolutionary War through Vietnam, and educational displays. Created as a place of remembrance, patriotism, and community support, the park continues to grow while preserving the sacrifices and legacy of those who served.

Visitors can contribute by making donations or purchasing personalized memorial bricks to honor veterans, helping ensure the park remains a lasting tribute for future generations.
